2026 ANNUAL MEETING
Official Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Illinois Forage and Grassland Council will be held on January 31 at the Sangamon County Farm Bureau Building.
- Time: Meeting begins at 10 a.m. with lunch served at no cost for all paid members.
- Location: Sangamon County Farm Bureau Building, 2631 Beechler Ct., Springfield, IL 62703
Business Meeting Agenda
The business meeting will include:
- Reports on activities and programs from the past year
- Financial report
- Election of directors and officers
- Discussion of plans and priorities for the coming year
- Other business as may properly come before the membership
Lunch Registration
Lunch will be provided. To help cover meeting expenses, lunch will be provided for current members; non-members are invited to join or renew their membership at registration.
Please RSVP for lunch no later than one week prior to the meeting by emailing Secretary Keely Wilcoxen at ifgcforage@gmail.com.
All members are encouraged to attend, participate in elections, and help shape the direction of the Council for the coming year.
